New to the area found what I feel is the Best Automotive repair shop in Lakeland. I was in Sarasota in business for 36 years and had a good repair shop. I retired and sold business and moved away. Now this is the shop to use.

This is a wonderful business!!!! Very friendly and fast service. I hade my brake pads replaced for a really good price and had the absolute pleasure of meeting their shop kitties ☺️ Lots of great banter at the front desk, like they’ve never met a stranger, and brakes that are happy again. I had some AC issues with my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. I took it to Elite Automotive and they diagnosed it without a fee. They replaced the AC hose and the compressor. Very reasonable fees. AC is ICE COLD and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!!

I needed my ccv filter replaced on my 2023 Ram 3500. The Ram dealer quoted just under 1,000 installed. Elite quoted me 238.00 installed. Said easier than an oil change, bring it over. 20 minutes later, all done. 4 Auto parts stores price is 199.99. I told Elite this and they told me that’s right. But we buy 25 at a time so is way less. Turns out I could barely be under their price with doing it myself. When in their business, great people, great service, and reality pricing.

This is a great automotive repair business! They are friendly and honest folks and charge a fair and reasonable price. I have 2 vehicles a car and a P/U truck and I won't even consider taking them to any other shop. Trust me once you do business with Elite you won't take your vehicles any place else!

Service was exceptional! I took my car in without an appt to have diagnostics run because my ck engine light came on and my car was slow to start. Ended up needing the battery replaced and I told them that I had to be done by a certain time due to the fact that my caregiver for my husband was only scheduled for a couple of hours. They had me out the door in 1 hr and 20 minutes! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They are my new go to auto shop!

I spoke at length with Jodie at the end of Friday about having a used car that I was considering purchasing being checked out prior to purchase and he stated that for $70 his team would check it out. We ended up speaking further about what type engine/s and make of vehicles were more prone to repair given his experience! We spoke for about 20 minutes and then I told him I would return for an inspection on Monday. I arrived and spoke to the receptionist, Sherry, explained to her the above discussion with Jodie and she put my pertinent information into their computer system and I waited in a very comfortable waiting area. A soda machine was available and complimentary coffee was provided. There was a very friendly cat, and I believe it's smaller twin or offspring wandering about and happily enjoyed petting from anyone! My vehicle was reviewed and Russell, my mechanic took me back to the interior of the shop and explained to me that after his test drive he suggested a front wheel alignment and stated the front brake pads needed to be replaced. Final answer: My question as to whether to buy the car or not was answered as “Absolutely!” When Russell told me I could drive it out I told him that I owed the $70 inspection fee. He told me not to worry about it and I thanked him for his opinion and his grace! Bottom line, I was referred to this repair facility by friends who have used Elite Automotive for years. It was a pleasant experience and based on my friends opinions and internet reviews, Elite Automotive is trustworthy, has great customer service and fair and reasonable pricing! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND one check them out if you want to avoid the high cost of some dealerships repairs and are looking for options!

Took my 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the new engine design (4 cylinder 2.7L turbo engine) to Elite Automotive to diagnose an issue (clicking sound) with my truck. Although, they were not able to make the repair in good conscience, mainly due to the new engine design, they have earned my trust 100%. The fact that they were not willing to just charge me tons of money for a repair they could not positively diagnose spoke volumes to me. I greatly appreciated Jody’s honesty with the situation. This auto shop lives up to all of its positive reviews for being honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended automotive shop!!! Thanks again, Ken M
